August 1 - September 30: Smedley Award
Add five new, dual, or reinstated members By September 30, 2021
Accomplish this goal and your club will receive a Smedley Award ribbon, named in honor of Ralph Smedley.
Qualifying clubs can also earn a special discount code for 10% off their next club order. The code expires six months after the date of issue and can not be combined with other offers.
fEB- MAY 30TH: PATHWAYS EDUCATION LEVEL 4 & 5 COMPLETION
- Members who complete a Level 5 – $20 District Dollars + Pathways Pin
- Members who complete a Level 4 – $20 District Dollars
june 30th: top performing clubs in education by percent
Clubs with the highest percentage of members educational awards submitted before the deadline of June 30th are awarded District Dollars.
A club with 20 members where 5 submit awards, is equal to 25%.
A club with 8 members where 5 submit awards is equal to 62.5%.
Encourage all your members to submit awards throughout the year.
First Place – $200 District Dollars
Second Place- $100 District Dollars
Third Place- $50 District Dollars
FEBruary: I love toastmasters:
★To the VP Membership:Get paid $5 District Dollars (Max=$50) for every early renewal (up to 10) in the month of February
★To the VPPR:Get paid $10 District Dollars (up to 10 new members =$100) for every NEW MEMBER* in February.
*New member must join in the month of February and continue (renew in April)
★Every Club that renews 8 members by Feb 28th will receive $25 in District Dollars
★Every club that gets 100% of members renewed in February will receive $50 in District dollars. (not to be combined with any other offers)
★Any Area Director that has all of their clubs renew at least 8 members will receive the swag of their choice from the TI store (up to $35)

Renewals: Name and date paid
New member: Name Club and date joined.
Payment to winner after verification from membership list in following week.AD’s: DCP report.
Feb-Mar 31: new club charter
Clubs chartering in February and March will receive one year zoom paid by the District. Charter date must be complete before month end in March.
