Help Clubs Maintain Good Standing — Ensure membership dues payments for the next renewal period are submitted by March 31 to keep clubs in good standing and renew a minimum of 8 members. If a club is struggling with membership, consider offering them a Club Coach. Ruchin Gupta can help you find a coach.
Clubs now have the option to Enable Member Self-Pay — An easier way for members to pay! Club officers consider giving members the option to submit international dues payments online. To enable Self-Pay, the officer should log in to Club Central, navigate to the Club Contact and Meeting Information page, select the toggle button in the Self-Pay setting section, and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
Area Directors – Submit Your Area Director Visit Report — Earn credit toward the Distinguished Area program by submitting your Area Director’s Club Visit report through District Central on or before May 31. I encourage you to visit your clubs two times during the program year to ensure clubs are well supported. Members continue to invite a guest to bring the benefits of Toastmasters to their friends and colleagues. Complete a level or path in Pathways by June 30 to help your club become Distinguished.
