Time To Renew Your Membership

Membership Renewals Are Now Open

Membership renewals are now open and are due on or before October 1, 2022.
For Club officers to pay club dues, just log in to Club Central and click “Submit Payment”.

Unpaid officers lose access to Club Central 30 days after their membership expires. Unpaid members also lose access to Pathways as well.

Completing the club’s membership renewal requirements by October 1 will allow the club to receive on-time submission credit for the appropriate section of Goal 9 in the Distinguished Club Program. Please reach out to your Club Treasurer or Officer with instructions on paying membership dues.

Why is it important to submit membership renewals on time?

To ensure your club is in good standing and receives credit for the Distinguished Club Program, log in to Club Central and process member dues on or before October 1.

Per Policy 2.0: Club and Membership Eligibility: The minimum renewal requirement is eight paid members — at least three of whom were members of the club during the previous renewal period. Do not forget, officers who have not paid their dues lose access to Club Central 30 days after their membership expires.

How to Submit Membership Dues Renewals?

Club officers may submit payments using Club Central, by mail, or by fax (+1 303-799-7753).
Club officers may also email a renewing member list, applications for any new, dual, and reinstating members to renewals@toastmasters.org. Then, provide payment to Club and Member Support by phone at +1 720-439-5050 ext. 402.

To submit renewals online, go to www.toastmasters.org/clubcentral and log in with your username and password. Next, follow these steps:

  1. Under the Leadership Central button, click Club Central. Select the club name you want to pay renewals.
  2. Click Submit Payment.
  3. Select Add to Cart for each member you want to make a payment for. You may be asked to select dates.
  4. Provide your payment information and follow the prompts to process your payment.

Members pay prorated international dues of $45 USD every six months. Some clubs may charge an additional fee.
All new members also pay a one-time fee of $20 USD. Download a new member application here.

For corporate clubs, ensure your sponsors are aware of the dues schedule and have payment procedures in place so dues are paid on time.

If your club uses a Freetoasthost website, the club treasurer can email dues invoices, keep track of who has paid with the payment method used and follow up with those who have not paid yet.

Technology such as PayPal, Venmo, and Square can help collect dues by sending money electronically.
