District Council Business Meeting

Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 PM via Zoom.

Your attendance is essential, as we’ll be voting on several key items that will shape the future of our District.

Please note the following important voting guidelines:

• Proxies are not allowed.
• Only Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education (VPEs) are eligible to vote on behalf of their clubs.
• DEC members (Area Director, Division Director etc) are eligible to vote 
• Each District Council member may carry a maximum of 3 votes – one for themselves and up to two if they hold multiple eligible positions (e.g. Club President, VPE, District Leader).

Only registered voting members will receive the credentials to vote.  Your presence and participation are crucial for quorum and for your club’s voice to be heard.
