Soon-to-charter Entrepinayship Toastmasters Club #7895410 is a uniquely dynamic new club, consisting of members who self-identify as Filipina leaders and entrepreneurs.
The club is made up of career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and business owners representing a variety of industries. To date, our members are individual artists, attorneys, business leaders, finance gurus, bakers, life coaches, business coaches,
inventors, designers, authors, poets, healers, educators, and still more to come.
Our diversity while being linked to our common Filipino heritage is our “secret sauce.”
The chartering club was born from an idea of Entrepinayship’s founder Anna Marie Cruz, to offer leadership and public speaking training for its members. While one does not have to be a member of Entrepinayship to join this Toastmaster Club, many of its Founding Circle are
also members of Entrepinayship, which seeks to inspire and motivate entrepreneurs and leaders to take control of their destiny. With support from Club Sponsor and serial entrepreneur Kalika Yap, who organized a demonstration meeting in May, the club
immediately garnered interest from attendees.
By June, the aspiring club was connected with its new mentor, a 6-year Toastmaster member, Alethea Espino. The members are excited and grateful to have Ms. Espino’s mentorship and guidance. Incoming Club President, Cheryl Deptowicz-Diaz of Diaz Law Firm, says she has nothing
to worry about despite being a brand-spanking-new as the club already has in place a dedicated, hardworking executive committee and an inspiring membership ready to take a deep dive into public speaking. Moreover, the club is graciously supported by
sponsors and mentors who so generously lend their time and greater knowledge to help the club. Growing together as a collective team, these Filipina leaders and entrepreneurs will be walking into any space, business or personal, with greater confidence and grittier grit. Entrepinayship Toastmaster is where we amplify Filipina thought leadership to empower, unify, and strengthen the community.
