Pathways Transition
As we transition to the new Base Camp system, please note that there will be an outage from October 9, 2024, through October 25, 2024. During this time, Toastmasters will conduct essential platform testing.
If you’re currently working on a project, you may need access during the outage. We highly recommend downloading your project PDF using the **Print My Project** link on the **Your Evaluation** page. Please ensure you finalize any outstanding items and download the necessary materials before Base Camp becomes inaccessible.
Key Actions to Take:
The following items will not transfer to the new system, so please take the necessary steps:
- Feedback on Base Camp: Capture any comments or feedback by taking screenshots or copying and pasting them for future reference.
- Documents in My Documents: Download any files you’ve uploaded to your My Documents folder.
- Assess Your Skills: Record your answers now, as this feature will be replaced in the new Base Camp.
- Leadership and Communication Style Projects: Screen capture your questionnaire results, as these will not transfer.
- Story Collection Tool in Engaging Humor Path: Copy and paste your recorded information elsewhere.
- Meeting Roles: Save records of logged meeting roles outside of Base Camp.
- Completion Certificates: Download any earned certificates, as they will not carry over to the new system.
To ensure your educational progress is accurately reflected in the new system, please ask your Vice President of Education to approve any pending Level completions and submit them in Club Central before October 9th.
